Mark Watson, Cheshire Police

Mike,

Noted on Twitter throughout the day. I like the comment about David Hanson calling for NHP Inspector stability - rich coming from the 3rd Policing Minister in 3 years! The Home Office pot was raided (along with others) for funds yesterday for building affordable housing, so we can be more sure than ever that there won't be any more money than we've got now coming to policing any time soon. That makes it inevitable that matters will get money spent on them based on risk assessment basis.
